He’s a child who is friends with Peppa and her friends. He’s somewhat smart in his fields of interest, but otherwise appears to be kind of careless and air-headed, as shown in some episodes when he gets the wrong fancy dress costume to an occasion, for example when he arrived to a pirate themed party dressed as a cowboy. 

Lots of time, he gets late to school due to how he likes sleeping. Pedro also likes playing cowboys on some occasions. Pedro is usually lazy and sleeps at daytime in some episodes. He can be shy as seen in the episode, School Play. He also likes superheroes and in the episode Gym Class he wore a superhero costume instead of his gym kit.
